Evangelism through relationships
When we met met and got to know the people of Holy Trinity Baptist Church and their church plants, we saw that they share the love of Christ by intentionally finding connections with people and building relationships with them. They are passionate about their God. Their dependence on Him is evident and fules their ministries. I felt ashamed that we don't have the same passion in the US but it also challenged me to do the same.
Planting the pictable ministry
My heart was moved when I got to meet some of the Christian artists in Romania, especially Alina and Malina. Alina is a painter and Malina is a photographer and works in video. During the short period of time that I got to spend with them, we connected, shared our struggles and testimonies. They got to see the pictable ministry in action and Alina got to paint with me. I then asked her if she would like to be an official part of the ministry. She agreed. I was able to leave paint, tools and my easel over there for her to use. My plan is to go back and to focus specifically on the arts and those who wield them.
